THE CAUGHT CONCIDENCE

5. June 2006

The title derives from a coincidental encounter of the three authors of this exhibition. The prominent role of the American artist John D. Antone, who has been especially closely connected with the Old Continent in recent years, lies in his tendency toward forging international connections in creativity, promotion, and art education. The exhibition of bronze sculptures was complemented by a composition of reshaped stones with iron frames by the conceptual artist Majda Gregorič, which were further complemented by photos of the Namib Desert by Urška Boljkovac.
